In late May Bucknell upgraded our version of Moodle from 1.9 to 2.3. Moodle 2.3 involves a change in the interface, along with several significant enhancements to the program. For example, Moodle 2.3 allows scheduled and conditional release of assignments and resources, drag-and-drop uploading of course materials, easy renaming of items in the course, the ability to “dock the blocks” to provide more screen space for course materials, etc. Because of these changes and new features, we will be offering Moodle workshops for faculty in June and August.
Workshop participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop if possible. Registration is not required.
